Credits to Coach Greg’s Proteinsicles recipie shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNF_C0_ylvY&t=20s and if you do not know who Coach Greg is, he is one the best no bullshit fitness guys out there. I highly encourage you watch his content. I have slightly modified his recipe as I prefer using Stevia as my sweetener, and then I made mine without the guar gum. Guar gum is used to thicken it.
Proteinsicle Recipe (105g protein, 675 calories)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
7 (20g) scoops protein powder
1 package fat free chocoloate pudding
1 cup 0% plain sugar free greek yogurt (lactose free if desired)
15 packets of sweetener (or sweetener of choice) optional
Blend until smooth. Scoop into molds and freeze.
