I am sad to see how many people choose to live a low quality life and this makes them at risk for diseases. It is not often a choice but a lack of knowledge.
Nutrition is the most important aspect of this. It is more important than exercise even. If you want goal is to lose weight, you need to know it will be impossible to out-train a bad diet. If want to prevent disease and live long, you need to know it is directly correlated to the quality of food you eat and toxins you avoid.
When all the countries of the world began their lockdowns, the gyms were also closed. An environment with some of the healthiest and strongest people around. For many of us this ruined our motivation. How are we going to be able to do resistance training to keep our muscle mass? How are going to be able to do a quality workout to keep our daily calorie deficit?
